Pursuant to South Carolina law, the Oconee County Sheriff's Office maintains a registry of all convicted sex offenders in the county who have been ordered to register as such.

Offenders are required to register with the sheriff's office twice per year. If you are required to register and need further information, contact Vickie Bottoms at (864) 638-4247.

Members of the public and news media inquiring about the sex offender registry may contact Lt. Travis C. Tilson at (864) 638-4625.

The sex offender registry may be viewed by the public at http://services.sled.sc.gov/SOR/.

Offenders may register at the Oconee County Sheriff's Office, 300 South Church Street in Walhalla, South Carolina at the following times:

Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Failure to register as required by law is a criminal offense.
