(Walhalla, SC)--------------------------------------A Seneca man, who was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center last week on charges related to multiple sexual assaults, has been charged additionally with the sexual assault of two additional victims in arrest warrants obtained yesterday.
27 year old Trey Jerell Frasier of Greenleaf Court was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 9:03am on May 13th. Initially, Frasier was charged with five counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct – First Degree and one count each of Kidnapping, First Degree Burglary and Possession of a Weapon during Commission of a Violent Crime. The charges related to the sexual assaults of five separate adult victims.
The additional charges against Frasier now bring to total number of separate adult victims to seven. The additional warrants charge Frasier with one count each of Criminal Sexual Conduct – First Degree, Criminal Sexual Conduct – Second Degree and Kidnapping.
According to the warrants obtained by an investigator from the Criminal Investigations Division, the charge of Criminal Sexual Conduct – Second Degree relates to the sexual assault of a victim in the summer of 2013. The charges of Criminal Sexual Conduct – First Degree and Kidnapping relate to the sexual assault of a separate victim in the summer of 2017.
At this time, Frasier remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center on a combined $830,000 surety bond.
The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation and in order to preserve the integrity of its investigation, and that of the victims, the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office will not be releasing any further information at this time, which includes any and all information that in any way could potentially identify a victim.
