Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Seeks the Public’s Help in Locating Missing 16 Year Old Girl

UPDATE - The Oconee County Sheriff's Office is happy to report that 16 year old Kailey Jean Milligan has been located and she is safe. Kailey is with our deputies right now.


The Oconee County Sheriff's Office would like to thank our citizens and our media partners for their assistance.


(Walhalla, SC)--------------------------------------The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public help today in locating a missing 16 year old girl.


A deputy from the Uniform Patrol Division was dispatched around 1:37pm today in regards to reports that Kailey Jean Milligan had ran away from her home, which is located on Creek Stone Court, which is in the Richland Community near Seneca.


Based on information provided to deputies, Kailey left her home around 10am this morning. Kailey is believed to have left her home on foot.


Kailey is 5’5” tall, weighs 115 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair.


Kailey was last seen wearing a black Adidas zip-up jacket, a red t-shirt, blue jeans, black socks and white Nike sandals. Kailey does have pierced ears and she may be wearing small ear rings with blue or black stones.


Kailey’s information has been listed in the National Crimes Information Center database.


If you see or know the location of 16 year old Kailey Jean Milligan, you are asked to call 911 immediately.
