(Walhalla, SC)--------------------------------------A continuing investigation into a Seneca teenager, arrested and charged last week with Kidnapping and Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, has led Investigators to charge the teenager with eight counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor – 2nd Degree.
Last Friday morning 19 year old Dominick Vincent Falsitta of Bellview Way was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center on multiple charges related to three separate investigations, all involving the same teenage victim, who is underage. Besides the charges of Kidnapping and Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – 2nd Degree, Falsitta was charged with one count each of Assault and Battery – 3rd Degree, Reckless Driving and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
As the investigation has continued, and as the result of Investigators obtaining a search warrant for Falsitta’s phone, Investigators determined that Falsitta had distributed eight videos of himself having sexual relations with the same underage teenager involved in the other investigations. According to the arrest warrants, Falsitta sent the videos on November 15th of this year.
The victim, who was originally listing as missing from another Upstate county, is in a safe location.
At this time, Falsitta remains in custody at the Detention Center on a combined $62,527.50 surety bond. Falsitta will be required to wear an electronic monitoring device, as a condition of bond, should he be released.
The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation. In order to preserve the integrity of the investigation, and that of the victim, the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office will not release any information that could in any way potentially identify the victim in this investigation.
