(Walhalla, SC)-----------------------------------A Seneca woman remains in jail today, pending a bond hearing, after her arrest over the weekend on charges related to a property crime.

28 year old Totianna Annabell Lee Holland was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center at around 12:05pm on Sunday, September 20th.  Holland has been charged with one count each of First Degree Burglary, Petit Larceny and Trespassing.  Holland has also been charged with two counts of Malicious Injury to Property.

Deputies assigned to the Uniform Patrol Bureau responded yesterday morning to an address on E. Brown Street, which is on the Utica Mill Hill near Seneca, in reference to reports of a burglary.  Upon arriving on scene, Deputies met with the property owners.  The property owners told the Deputies that via a security camera, they could see a woman entering a residence there via a window yesterday morning.

After receiving permission from the property owners to enter the residence, Deputies did not observe anyone inside.  However, through the use of the images from the property camera, Deputies were able to identify the woman entering the residence as Holland.

Damage was also observed on a countertop as well as a refrigerator inside of the residence.  Further investigation revealed that tools were also stolen.  Also, no trespass signs were posted on multiple locations on the property.

Holland was located at around 10am Sunday and was placed under arrest by Deputies.  After a consultation with a Judge, arrest warrants were obtained against Holland.

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation.
