Lloyd Scott Wensel Jeda Marie Ruth Woodard (Walhalla, SC)-------------------------------------A Westminster man remains in jail today, pending a bond hearing, after his arrest late Tuesday evening on a charge of Trafficking in Methamphetamine as a result of a traffic stop.   42 year old Lloyd Scott Wensel, of West-Oak Highway, was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center at around 11:37pm yesterday.  Wensel was also charged with one count of Driving under Suspension.
