(Walhalla, SC)-------------------------------------A Westminster man remains in jail today, on a $75,000 surety bond, after his arrest last week on a charge of Trafficking in Fentanyl.
23 year old Robert Joseph Wilbanks, of John Smith Road, was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center at around 1:08am last Thursday, December 25th.
Last Wednesday evening, December 24th, a Deputy from the Uniform Patrol Bureau, who was on patrol in Walhalla, executed a traffic stop on a white Toyota car for a traffic violation on S.
