Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Seeks the Public’s Help in Locating Seneca Man Reported Missing

(UPDATE: The Oconee County Sheriff's Office is happy to report that Marc Anthony Braswell II has been located and he is safe).


(Walhalla, SC)-------------------------------------The Missing Person’s Unit of the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help today in locating a Seneca man that has been reported missing.

 

34 year old Marc Anthony Braswell II of Seneca was reported missing, by a family member, to the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office yesterday.  The last time the family member saw Marc was last Thursday, October 17th.  Family members tried to reach Marc but have been unsuccessful, according to information supplied to the Sheriff’s Office.

 

Marc was last seen driving a black 2017 GMC Terrain with a tag number of WBZ621.  Further investigation revealed that the GMC Terrain was discovered abandoned in Greenville County last Friday, October 18th.  A witness also reported seeing a shirtless Black male, with dreads, walking on White Horse Road towards Highway 123 near where the vehicle was discovered.

 

Marc is 5’6” tall and weighs 190 pounds.  Marc has black dreadlocks and brown eyes.  Marc has a scar on his left eyebrows and a multiple tattoos. 

 

The investigation has been turned over to the Missing Persons Unit of the Sheriff’s Office.  Marc’s information was entered into the National Crimes Information Center database.
