Dylan Lamar Glenn

(Walhalla, SC)-------------------------------------A 30 year old Seneca man remains in jail today, after his arrest yesterday, on a charge of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – 2nd Degree.

During his initial bond hearing, Dylan Lamar Glenn was denied bond.  Glenn will appear before a Circuit Court Judge, at a later time, regarding his bond.

Glenn was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center at around 6:34pm Wednesday after turning himself in at the Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office investigation began on November 13th of this year after a Deputy from the Uniform Patrol Bureau was notified of allegations of a sexual assault incident.  The Deputy made contact with the victim and family members.

The Department of Social Services was notified and the investigation was turned over the Criminal Investigations Bureau.

Based upon evidence that was gathered during the investigation, it was determined that Glenn had touched a body part of the victim above and under the victim’s clothing during a time period when the victim was a child and a teenager.

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation.  In order to preserve the integrity of the investigation, and that of the victim involved, the Sheriff’s Office will not be releasing any information that could, either directly or indirectly, identify the victim in this investigation.
