Second Suspect in Recent Ora Road Shooting Incident Booked into the Oconee County Detention Center

(Walhalla, SC)--------------------------------------The second suspect in a recent shooting incident on Ora Road in the Holly Springs Community has been booked into the Oconee County Detention Center.


25 year old Sayphonh Miranda Aquilla Xayachack of Westminster was transported from the Bay County, FL Sheriff’s Office to the Oconee County Detention Center yesterday by deputies from the Warrants Division. The Sheriff’s Office announced in a press release on August 12th that Xayachack had been taken into custody on Wednesday, August 11th in Panama City, FL.


Xayachack was booked into the Detention Center around 5:42pm yesterday. She was served with her arrest warrants charging her one count each of Attempted Murder, Possession of a Weapon during Commission of a Violent Crime and Armed Robbery while armed with a Deadly Weapon in relation to August 3rd incident.


At this time, Xayachack remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center as her bond was denied on all three charges. Xayachack will appear before a Circuit Court Judge, at a later time, in regards to her bond.
