(Walhalla, SC)---------------------------------The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is announcing an additional arrest today in the first drug round-up of 2022.
The Sheriff’s Office began the operation yesterday morning with a meeting and briefing at 9:00am at the Law Enforcement Center in Walhalla.
At the beginning of the drug sweep yesterday, the Sheriff’s Office announced that they were seeking 33 suspects, with arrest warrants, based on controlled purchases of narcotics by undercover operatives working at the direction of the Sheriff’s Office. Among the narcotics purchased during the controlled buys by undercover operatives were Marijuana, Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Heroin and prescription medication.
As of 3:00pm this afternoon, 11 individuals had been arrested so far and/or were already in jail and will or have been served their warrants. Here is the name of the latest arrestee and their charge according to an arrest warrant:

Booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 11:23am Friday
At this time, Moore remains in custody on a $10,000 surety bond
