Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Seeks the Public’s Help in Stolen Trailer Investigation

(Walhalla, SC)--------------------------------------The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help today in regards to an investigation into a stolen trailer that occurred in the Seneca area during the late afternoon hours of Wednesday, September 22nd.


An investigator from the Criminal Investigations Division spoke with the victim after the theft of a gray 2017 Covered Wagon 20 foot enclosed trailer, with a V-nosed front and a 5 foot door on the side. The trailer was taken from an address in the 600 block of Shiloh Road.


The trailer was hauled away by small red truck, which could possibly be a Dodge Dakota. The suspect vehicle left going down Shiloh Road towards J.P. Stevens Road. The information on the trailer has been entered into the National Crimes Information Center database. The trailer is valued at around $4,500.
