Tucker Hipps was reported missing on Monday, September 22, 2014, when he failed to return from an early morning fraternity run near the Clemson University campus. Tucker's body was discovered that afternoon around 3:30PM in Lake Hartwell, below the Highway 93 Bridge, in Oconee County. Tucker was a 19-year-old sophomore at Clemson University at the time of his death. Even though law enforcement has received information and tips regarding this active death investigation, additional details on the events of that day are still needed.
What events led to Tucker being in the water underneath the Highway 93 Bridge almost seven years ago? Someone knows exactly what happened that morning and it is time to tell law enforcement all that you know. Tucker will never be forgotten by his family, his friends or this community. If you know something needs to be shared, today is the day!
