(Walhalla, SC)-------------------------------------A Seneca man remains in jail today, on a combined $240,000 surety bond, after his arrest yesterday on multiple property crime charges in relation to two separate investigations.

45 year old Bradford Harrison Noel, of Burns Drive, was charged with two counts each of First Degree Burglary, Malicious Injury to Property and Petit Larceny.  Noel will be required to wear an electronic monitoring device, as a condition of bond, should he be released from jail.

The first investigation began on the morning of February 18th of this year after a Deputy from the Uniform Patrol Bureau responded to a separate address on Burns Drive in reference to a possible burglary.

During the course of the investigation, and based upon evidence that was gathered, it was determined that Noel had entered the residence during the night of February 17th, causing damage to the house door and frame by forcing entry into the home.  Noel also stole some miscellaneous items during the crime, according to an arrest warrant.

The second investigation began during the evening of February 18th as a Deputy from the Uniform Patrol Bureau conducted a separate burglary investigation of a camper, also at an address on Burns Drive.

Based upon evidence that was gathered during the second investigation, it was determined that Noel had broken into the camper home between February 17th and February 18th, with the burglary occurring at night.  During the burglary, Noel caused damage to the entryway door and window of the camper by forcefully entering the property.  Noel also stole miscellaneous items from the camper, which included coins and a knife, according to an arrest warrant.

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation.
