Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Seeks the Public’s Help in Locating Missing Seneca Woman

(Walhalla, SC)--------------------------------------The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help today in locating a missing Seneca woman.


A deputy from the Uniform Patrol Division responded to 3 Humbert Street, located on the Utica Mill Hill, early yesterday evening in reference to a missing person. The deputy spoke with a family member of the missing person, 39 year old Charlotte Ann Sandoval.


The family member told the deputy that she had not seen or spoken with her daughter since Sunday, February 13th. Another family member stated that Charlotte was possible wearing a blue hoodie with blue jeans on Sunday when she left her residence at 3 Humbert Street.


Charlotte has dark brown hair and two tattoos’, one on her right wrist and one on the right side of her chest.


The missing person’s investigation has been turned over to the Criminal Investigations Division. Charlotte has been entered as missing in the National Crimes Information Center database. Besides the Utica Mill Hill area, Charlotte has been known to visit and frequent Mormon Church Road near Seneca.
